Have you already realised you are always making lists? Even the not so organised person makes lists all the time. It’s like some secret obsession we may not even figure out, but believe me, it’s there!
There are: The obvious grocery shopping lists, the do-not-forget-lists for the next morning, the to do lists of the week, the topics lists for a meeting, the school supplies lists, the days-out-lists… and many more. It’ just a matter of imagination; I really believe that the more organised you are, the more imagination you have for making lists. The difficult thing is to remember all the lists you write down!
My personal list obsessions are the grocery shopping lists and the days-out-lists. In a country like Luxembourg, with such a high cost of living, it makes even more sense to optimise your grocery shopping – but that’s another topic which I’ll write about soon. As for the days-out-lists, my main concern is obviously my children’s needs. I always carry with me water, snacks, diapers, wipes, an extra dummy and my very best friend – the baby sling. What about you? What are your list obsessions?
Anyway, I have a confession to make: Even if I manage to make my lists in advance, I always – always – forget something. My goal is to minimise the probability of forgetting something!
